Little Rituals is rooted in a deep + sturdy friendship, a reverence for wild + holy places, and a lifetime of gratitude for the invisible threads that connect us. Little Rituals is what grew from a shared dream of a well-honoured life.

For us, ritual is a way of reclaiming and remembering, transforming and tending. It is a cauldron of communion + healing. Ritual teaches us to stay receptive to life and shows us how to give back. It is full of contrast; the place where we dig deep + breathe easy.

Each ritual is crafted to be simple, inclusive, and accessible. No fancy tricks, no special tools. The rituals are structured but also invitational, which means they can ultimately be shaped by your own heart + hands.

Our team has practiced each ritual to ensure the quality + depth and to reinforce our belief that no moment is too small to be mighty.

Jessie and Meghan - Little Rituals

Jessie + Meghan have collaborated on rituals for over a decade.

Our shared background includes the study + practice of somatic therapies, psychology, creative arts, shamanism, witchcraft, animism, business, holistic health, and the raising of small beings.

We are creative empaths with rowdy hearts. Therapists with work to do. Dreamers with ground under our feet.

With these rituals, we offer our wild joy + creative minds; the rough stones we’ve polished into gems.

With gratitude, we acknowledge that collectively we live + work on the traditional territories of the K’omox and Coast Salish Peoples.

We extend a bounty of thanks to the teachers, writers + healers who have inspired and nurtured this offering: Angela Prider, Seraphina Capranos, Carly Forest, Bill Plotkin, Francis Weller, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, the Reclaiming tradition, as well as the many teachers that have crossed our paths in quiet and powerful ways.

We recognize ritual as an art that has been practiced worldwide, throughout all time, often at the risk of persecution. The ability to safely perform ritual has been threatened by way of colonialism, oppression, displacement, and appropriation— particularly for BIPOC, LGBTQ2S+, and other marginalized groups. And yet, the unique ritual medicine of these communities continues to persist. With Little Rituals, we endeavour to offer safe refuge and fierce responsibility for the welcome and care of all those who wish to practice with us.

Thank you to all the medicine keepers and carriers who walk with respect and share their knowledge in the spirit of healing, transformation, and celebration.
